Custom Software Drivers
-
Device drivers may be created for
reNOVAte
to emulate virtually any type of special hardware.
Custom drivers can eliminate changes to current system object and source
code thereby insuring complete system compatibility and certifiability.
It may also be the quickest and most cost-effective way to get
challenging applications running on totally new platforms.
Examples of custom software drivers written for clients include
proprietary disk drivers, special transparent-access to user terminals
and unmentionable enhancements for certain, uhmmm... unmentionable
organizations.
Custom Hardware
Some legacy systems use custom hardware in conjunction with special
software. SimuLogics
can help design and build any custom hardware
required by an application and combine it with custom device drivers.
Legacy Enhancements
Current legacy systems can even be enhanced to look more
"modern" by adding special features to
reNOVAte.
This gives immediate benefits by enhancing user acceptance on new
platforms and extends the life span of the application - all without
changing any source or object code.
