Consulting

Custom work for well-defined projects is usually performed on a fixed-fee, guaranteed-result basis.  For those situations where an open-ended hourly rate must be quoted, $237 per hour plus expenses will be charged.

 

Services

Media conversion, transfer and translation services are available to simply the clients life.  If these services are performed on SimuLogics 's own equipment, then a rate of $187 per hour will apply.  If the work is to be done at the client site, the Consulting rates will apply.

Products

The reNOVAte  software and its various options are licensed to users typically on a machine basis dependent upon the machine type and operating environment.  The following table reflects the license fees for commonly-requested platforms.  License fees for items listed as "contact vendor" vary based upon system model and CPU count.

Product Annual Support

Annual support service is available for licensed software at the rate of 20% of the list license fee per year per system, with a minimum renewal charge of $300.

Product annual support prices apply when support is continued within the first 30 days of software license purchase.

Start of annual support after the first 30 days, or renewal of expired support service, is 150% of the standard renewal fee.

Note:    SimuLogics will attempt to fix problems with its products free of charge.  Use of products,  customer application setup, tuning,  optimization, operating system training, product enhancements and use will be considered billable support services, as determined by SimuLogics .

 

Other Support

Customer support:

General Notes

Consulting Policies:

  • On-site consulting services are billed in full day increments.
  • Expenses are in addition to the per day fee, and are billed at actual cost.
  • Air fares are billed for business or first class travel.
  • Travel time is billed at ½ the daily consulting rate in whole day increments.
