Data General's user group has
maintained a library of software donated by the members and vendors for
member use. This page archives the latest official NADGUG library tape,
and permits downloading individual files or the contents of the entire tape.
The contents of each individual file
on the NADGUG tape is in AOS/VS DUMP_II format and is contained
in a separate .zip-compressed file.

Also included is an EMACS editor (the PC documentation, while not directly applicable, was included as possibly helpful by Randy Berndt). There are also several compression programs. KERMIT is public domain, as are the various utilities. NADGUG.LETTER in the KERMIT sub-directory is the letter phil included with his tape. It has some helpful information on getting KERMIT started.
